This highly detailed challenge coin has such an incredible amount of detail. The front has a bald eagle guarding the crests below. Centered is the US Coast Guard crest. To its right and moving clockwise are: Army, Air Force, Marines, and the Navy. Located behind is the US flag. The text around the coin says: NEW LENOX POST 1977 WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SERVICE AND SACRIFICE Arguably the most important item is the Purple Heart Award with its signature purple, green, red, and white colors.

The other side of the coin says 2018 WWIA SUPPORTER 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY – 3-10-18 Centered, the text reads: WWIA WOUNDED WARRIORS IN ACTION FOUNDATION with the skull of an antlered animal. A petal edge cut is on this side of the coin.
