The back of this coin have the text: FAHQ on a yellow banner. A red Phoenix boldly sits between the letters. The US Flag and Arizona flag flank both sides of the large fireman’s crest. 911 completes the lower portion. The center has the text Phoenix Regional Dispatch Center around the border. The center area contains a blue medical cross, a fire hydrant, and a lightning bolt.

Wave edge cuts surround the edges of the coin.
